P7-modellens skuffende salg, at den nye bil ogs\u00e5 kaldes P7, men for at undg\u00e5 forvirring om bilerne, kaldes den P7B.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Motorprogrammet bliver udvidet, s\u00e5 der nu er to basis-motorer i henholdsvis V4- og V6-udgaver i seks st\u00f8rrelser.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">26M indf\u00f8res i 1969 og er topmodellen i P7B-serien. Den er som standard udstyret med den st\u00f8rste motor p\u00e5 2,6 liter og den klart mest luksuri\u00f8se indretning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I 1970 genindf\u00f8rer Ford navnet &#8220;Taunus&#8221;, som ellers var blevet afskaffet i 1968, i form af Taunus TC i perioden frem til 1976. Taunus Mk.
